Job Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Performance Testing/Performance Monitoring
- Experienced in testing performance in an Agile environment Expert understanding of:
- Industry best practices for client–side performance tuning
- Server-side performance tuning best practices
- Application server performance tuning best practices
- Metrics and how to use them to track goals/KPIs
- The impact of application design on performance
- Excellent communication skills and able to work well with cross-functional teams Experience utilizing the following technologies/testing methods:
- Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Performance Analysis, and Web Performance Monitoring/Tuning
- Load Runner scripts - Recording, Correlation, Setting Parameters, Selenium scripting, Cucumber
- Programming/development experience in Ruby on Rail, Python, C/C++ or Java is a huge plus!
